ACHA and Country Garden sign a strategic collaboration agreement

On 24 April 2018, a strategic partnership agreement signing ceremony was held in the headquarters of Country Garden located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China. This agreement was signed between Australia China Health Accelerator (ACHA) and Healthcare Division of Country Garden, witnessed by the senior leadership from two organisations as well as senior representatives form Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and Australasian College of Health Service Management.

Under this agreement, the health industry sector of Country Garden and ACHA will establish a long-term strategic partnership on health and medical engagement. The two organisations will make full use of their advantage and strength to address the opportunity and challenge in healthcare service, and implement high-level collaborative programs that will be beneficial to the healthcare services and systems both in China and Australia.

After the ceremony, representatives from each organisation respectively introduced their organisation and scope of work and program overviews. The participants had a good discussion and exchange opinions on hospital management, health care safety and quality and clinical service development. The Australian delegates visited to the residency area and community clinics of Country Garden afterwards. 

Country Garden is a large group enterprise listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board (Stock Code: 2007), and ranks among “The World’s 500 Largest Public Companies” as per Forbes. So far it has developed more than 1000 residential, commercial and urban construction projects in more than 6000 cities and towns in China, and offers its services to more than 3 million property owners. In 2017 the group reached No.1 position in China’s real estate industry, with residential property sales exceeded USD80 billion.
